The Builders' Conference is dedicated to providing Best Practice within the construction industry.

SUB-CONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS SERVICE

Tender Search

Interested Sub-Contractors receive full JOB REPORTS detailing the main contractors known to be tendering, other interested sub-contractors & suppliers, client & consultants etc are provided. As more information is gathered on the jobs, INTERIM JOB REPORTS are automatically issued up to the time of tender.

These reports enable you to pursue not only new jobs from the WEEKLY LIST, but also other main contractors on jobs you are already pricing.

All the above information is available "on demand" via our website rather than waiting for WEEKLY LISTS, JOB SHEETS etc.

Post Tender Research

After tender submission, The Builders' Conference researchers CONTINUALLY REVIEW each job, keeping you informed as to the post tender situation i.e. who has had their bills called for, who is under consideration, who is not successful etc. This process continues until contract award.

This continuous research keeps you informed as to whether or not you are in the running for a contract, helping you make commercial decisions on present, new & future tenders.
