Once notified that you are tendering for a job The Builders' Conference researchers actively 'build-up' the TENDER LIST and an INITIAL JOB REPORT is quickly issued detailing your known competition. As we learn more, updated INTERIM JOB REPORTS are issued.
All Job Reports detail those SUB-CONTRACTOR & SUPPLIER members interested in quoting.
As well as providing access to more sub-contract pricing etc., information provided during the tender period enables you to know and evaluate your competition. At adjudications, it provides market knowledge upon which to base any 'view'.

Luncheons
In May and December each year, The Builders' Conference Luncheons are traditionally held at the Café Royal in Regent Street. The lunches are open to all members and their guests and include a pre-lunch reception and after 'dinner' guest speakers.
We also host a number of member lunches at The Building Centre in Store Street, London enabling an exchange of views in an open and relaxed forum.
