Serino from Builders' Conference - Coming Soon
We wrote to our members recently letting them know we are introducing a new, improved data platform. Our existing one has been serving our members well for many years but needed a revamp to keep up with modern technology and how members wanted to access the information.
We are delighted to be launching our new platform, Serino over the next month.
What do you need to do to prepare?
Nothing right now. The introduction will be seamless and we will send more detailed instructions soon to explain the brilliant new features. You will still be able to use the system in the same way you do now but Serino is far more user-friendly – making your life easier.
If you do not have Google Chrome or Apple Safari you will need to download one of these as Serino is not compatible with Internet Explorer or Edge Browsers. For more information on this contact our Serino helpdesk
You will also need to re-set your current searches in Serino – but don’t worry we will be in touch nearer the time to give you simple step by step tips on how to do this.
You will not need new usernames but you may need to change your password – we have added a simple new self-service password reset for this.
Also, maybe something else to think about now – we will need each user in your business to have a unique email address. No two users can share the same email address.
So what are Serino’s shiny new features?
We love the look and feel of the new platform and sure you will too. As well as its modern look it comes with a whole host of new features that will make searching for information, expressing interest in projects and running reports much easier and quicker.
A quick run through of what Serino can do….
Easier Navigation – includes a dashboard, side icons taking you straight to where you want to be, ‘watched projects’ section and a ‘recently viewed’ items shortcut.
Real-time updates – projects will be entered and updated in real time – so be amongst the first to get the key information your business needs.
Accurate identification of project location – the in-built Google maps feature will enable a quick look at the locations of projects you might be interested in
Quick sharing of dates, information and tasks with your team – the new, built-in calendar will make sharing information from the platform with your team a breeze. You’ll also be able to create PDF’s of projects and easily share with colleagues directly from the system.
Increase the profile of your business – the platform can display your company logo, acting as a flag and giving immediate visibility to people who need to find you. Your logo will also appear on your log-in page – making you feel instantly welcome.

Check out a company’s bidding activities at the touch of a button - find email addresses of the contacts involved in specific projects and view any company’s project history by pre-tender, post-tender and contract award stages.
Save time by running your own branded reports – you don’t need to ask us any more! Serino will allow you to run your own sector analysis reports on construction projects and share them quickly and easily with colleagues. You will be able to export the data into Excel, and even have your logo appear on the PDF versions.
We are really looking forward to the launch of Serino and will be back in touch just before we Go Live with instructions so you can get the most out of the system.
